Users
Access to and/or use of this BlackfishID portal confers the status of USER, who accepts, from such access and/or use, these General Terms of Use. These terms shall apply regardless of the General Terms and Conditions of Contracting that, where applicable, may be mandatory.
Use of the portal
blackfishid.com provides access to a wide range of information, services, programmes or data (the “content”) on the Internet belonging to BlackfishID or its licensors, to which the USER may have access. The USER assumes responsibility for the use of the portal, including any registration necessary to access certain services or content, undertaking to provide truthful and lawful information and to use any password diligently and confidentially.
The USER undertakes to make appropriate use of the content and services offered by BlackfishID and, by way of example but not limited to, not to use them to:

BlackfishID complies with the guidelines of Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights, as well as Royal Decree 1720/2007 of 21 December, which approves the implementing regulation of the Organic Law, and ensures proper use and processing of users’ personal data.
